Order Processing Time

It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

Generally, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.

Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Note: For package size over 36″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 20-25 nature days. We will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer’s package is oversized, but want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (support@jaylives.com).

We only have return processing facilities in the US, Hong Kong, and China, which means that returned products need to be shipped back to our address in the US, Hong Kong, and China.

To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Jaylives, we provide video assistance for your checking if needed and a 30-day return policy. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Customized products are also not returnable.

I don't need to return, could you just replace the broken/damaged parts?

Yes, please email us at support@jaylives.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number.

If any part is damaged during shipping or if any defect is found during installation, we will replace that part free of charge.

If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for verification.

For returned items, after we receive them, it takes 5 - 10 business days for us to inspect them for damage and restocking. We will issue the refund accordingly after the inspection process. If returned products are damaged or used, we will not be able to provide a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to be finalized, depending on the bank or credit card company used.

We must receive the returned products before we can issue any refund. If we did not receive the products back for any reason (such as the customer refusing to send the product back or refusing to accept the package resulting in the shipping agent destroying the package), we will not be able to issue any refund.

How to cancel an order?

We understand that you may want to cancel or modify your order. We can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated. After that, you can still cancel the order as long as the products have not been shipped, but a $50 processing fee will be charged. Once the product is shipped out, the order cannot be canceled. If you do not find a specific design of chandelier in our websit  that you like, but you need to do is provide pictures or design drawing . you send us photos or drawings of the lamps and you specify base size, color and material.

Please contact us because  we can change your email address, name, and address, but we cannot change your order.

Can I use serval discount codes in one order?

If you need to purchase a large amount of products (more than 50 of the same product) or customize the entire household/hotel lamp,please contact us at support@jaylives.com and we will get back to you with discount information.

How should I prepare when shopping for lighting?

First, must know your budget. Second,you look for pictures from magazines or desgine websit  that reflect your taste. Third, collect fabric swatches or color chips for any area you are redecorating. 

How do I know which power supply supply to use?

First Determine the application environment(indoor dry, indoor damp and outdoor), Not all power supplies can be used in every application. Second, calculate the total wattage of tape light that will be used, to calculate wattage, multiply the total number of feet by the W/ft . Finally select a power supply that is equal to or more than the total wattage of the tape light.U.S. conventional voltage: 110 ~ 120V. European conventional voltage: 120 ~ 240V. We can also customize it according to your needs.

What is the best way to install my new lights for chandelier?

There are installation instructions included in every product we sell. If you feel installation complicated, we recommend you contact a licensed contractor or electrician.
