We only have return processing facilities in the US, Hong Kong, and China, which means that returned products need to be shipped back to our address in the US, Hong Kong, and China.
To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Jaylives, we provide video assistance for your checking if needed and a 30-day return policy. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Customized products are also not returnable.

I don't need to return, could you just replace the broken/damaged parts?
Yes, please email us at support@jaylives.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number.
If any part is damaged during shipping or if any defect is found during installation, we will replace that part free of charge.
If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for verification.
For returned items, after we receive them, it takes 5 - 10 business days for us to inspect them for damage and restocking. We will issue the refund accordingly after the inspection process. If returned products are damaged or used, we will not be able to provide a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to be finalized, depending on the bank or credit card company used.
We must receive the returned products before we can issue any refund. If we did not receive the products back for any reason (such as the customer refusing to send the product back or refusing to accept the package resulting in the shipping agent destroying the package), we will not be able to issue any refund.

How do I know which power supply supply to use?
First Determine the application environment(indoor dry, indoor damp and outdoor), Not all power supplies can be used in every application. Second, calculate the total wattage of tape light that will be used, to calculate wattage, multiply the total number of feet by the W/ft .
