Product Warranty: We offer a three-year warranty for our products (excluding the bulbs).
Within 3 Years:
If you experience any issues or have questions about your product, please contact us at support@jaylives.com with pictures or videos detailing the problem. We will respond to your email within 12 hours and provide a solution. If the issue is related to accessories, we will send you a free replacement via express shipping, which you should receive within 9-10 business days. If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will assist you in resolving the problem within 1-2 business days.
(Please ensure that a professional electrician installs the products.)
Note: Damages caused by improper use, user errors, or natural disasters are not covered by our warranty policy.
After 3 Years:
We continue to provide technical support to help you resolve any issues, but you will be responsible for the cost of replacements and technical assistance.
